March Reminder ~ My Besties ~ Color It Create It Show It Off

Hello everybody! Today I am stopping in to share my card for the "Anything Goes" March Reminder Blog Challenge over at Color It Create It Show It Off.

For this card, I used My Besties "Adorbs Dragon Doll 6" which you can find here.

To create this card, I started off by printing my image onto 110lb. Neenah Solar White Card Stock. I then colored my image in using alcohol markers and Prismacolor Premier pencils and added some white accents along the way using a white gel pen. Once my image was colored, I then die cut it out.

To create my card base, I cut a piece of 110lb. Neenah Solar White Cardstock down to 10" x 7" and scored at 5" on the 10" side. My card now measures 5" x 7". I then cut a piece of patterned paper from Graphic 45 Midnight Masquerade Collection for my card mat and adhered it to the front of the card. I then cut a smaller piece of solid card stock and adhered that and my die cut stamped image over that.

For my sentiment, I used a stamp from the Craftin Desert Divas "Hello You" stamp set and stamped it on to a die cut using Hero Arts Intense Black ink.

To embellish my card, I added some some paper and fabric flowers I found in my craft stash, along with some "Champagne Jewels" and stickles to various areas for interest.

I have listed all of the products and supplies I have used to create this card below. Thank you for stopping in and have a fantastic day!

Scrapper's Delight's August Planner Inspiration Event

Happy Friday crafty friends!! Today Scrapper's Delight's is holding their August Inspiration Event and I have created this weekly planner layout for the occasion.

For this planner layout, I used the A5 My Basic Planner 1 kit along with the Twilight Owl Digi Stamp from Scrapper's Delights.

I know that I may sound as if I am repeating myself over and over again, but I truly enjoy creating planner spreads using these digital planner kits. They are jam packed with so many elements and options to choose from to customize your planner to your specific needs.

I kept this layout pretty simple as you can see and did not add too much as I wanted plenty of space to be able to go back and fill in my schedule, appointments, etc. for the week.  I love this sweet digi image of the Twilight Owl. I colored these images using both Copic Markers and Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils. I also wanted to add a bit of a night time effect around my images, so I used my Faber-Castell Soft Pastels to lightly blend in a night time sky.

Below is a list of the products and supplies I have used to create this planner spread:

Copic Markers

Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils

Faber-Castell Soft Pastels

Uni-ball Signo Broad White Gel Pen

I hope that you enjoyed my project for today!!

Sweet Spring Planner Spread...

Hello everyone and Happy Monday!! Today I am stopping in to share a "Sweet Spring" weekly planner spread that I created in my Happy Planner which was inspired by the new April Moodboard Social Media Challenge over at Craftin Desert Divas #cddmonthly.

I just adore the color combination of pinks and greens and decided that it would be perfect for this weeks spread.  Craftin Desert Diva's also has some super sweet Lamb digi stamps. I knew I had to grab those and add them to this layout.

I colored all of my digital images using Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils and added a small amount of Wink of Stella as accents to all of the flowers on the digi stamps. To create my dates, I used the flower dies from the Crazy Stitched Frames die set and stamped the dates onto the center of each flower.

These digi stamps also come with some sweet sentiments, which of course I had to add to my planner as well. I printed them out and used the Flag Banner Dies to cut them. I inked the edge of each banner using Tim Holtz Distress Ink to make it pop just a tiny bit.

I love how sweet this spread turned out and I still have plenty of room to fill in my plans and appointments for the week.

Below is a complete list of all the supplies I used to create this spread:

ReCollections Washi Tape
Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils
Memento Ink
Tim Holtz Distress Ink
Wink of Stella Brush - Gl. Clear 999
Xyron Tape Runner

I hope that you enjoyed today's project share.
Thank you for stopping by and have a Fabulously Crafty Day!!!

St. Patrick's Weekly Planner Spread

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. I wanted to stop by to share a St. Patrick's weekly planner spread in my Happy Planner. Craftin Desert Divas has some amazing St. Patrick's Day Digital Stamps and I thought they would look fabulous in my planner for St. Patrick's Day week.

Got Green?? I sure do!! And plenty of lucky clovers too!!! I had a few small green clovers in my stash that I added to the top of my spread. I then added some ReCollections Glitter Number Stickers to each clover for my dates.

I colored all of my digital stamps using Prismacolor Premier colored pencils. For my "To Do" list on the far left, I used the clover from the Craftin Desert Divas Irish Kisses digital stamp. I resized it down a bit in order for it to be a nice bullet size, duplicated them and then lined them up. I then used the smallest frame from the Craftin Desert Divas Crazy Stitched Frames dies to cut out two pieces.

I love that these digital stamps come with great sentiments too. My favorite, "Wishing you a pot o' gold and all the joy your heart can hold", is from the Craftin Desert Divas Rainbows End digital stamp and looks perfect centered between these two Irish cuties on St. Patrick's Day.

Below is a complete list of all the supplies and materials I used to create this festive St. Patrick's Day spread:

Coffee Week

Hello everyone! Just wanted to stop by to share "Coffee Week" in my ReCollections A5 planner. Anybody who knows me well, knows that I am a true coffee fanatic, so I had a lot of fun creating this spread!!

I started off by choosing & coloring a few different digital stamps (which by the way, was a very difficult decision seeing as Craftin Desert Divas has so many cute coffee themed digi's to choose from). I then cut my patterned paper for my daily boxes using the Cream & Sugar paper pad and added some fun washi tape to bring it all together.

To create the days/dates, I used the coffee cup die which is included in the Inside Scalloped Squares Dies. I added the dates on each cup using some small numbered stickers I had in my stash. I coupled that with the stitched heart die from the Mini Shaker Clip Dies and added glittered alphabet stickers for each day of the week.

To fill in my schedule for each day, I used the small coffee bean stamp from the Coffee Break stamp set as my daily bullets.

And what is a planner spread without some adorable and fun clips to go with it!  Of course I had to use the felt teal and white coffee cup clip from Craftin Desert Divas. I created the coffee cup and heart clip using the same method as the days/dates.

Below are all of the products used to create this spread:

Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils
ReCollections Washi Tape
ReCollections Alphabet & Numerical Stickers
Color Box Chalk Ink - Chestnut Roan
White Gelly Roll Pen

You're as Sweet as Candy

Hello crafty friends and Happy Valentine's Day!! 💗 Today I am bringing you a sweet card created with a digital stamp from KaDoodle Bug Designs. Meet Ellie the Elephant.....Isn't she the cutest?!?!

Ellie and her chocolate candies screamed Valentine's Day to me, so I had to get her and color her up for a quick card.  I used my Spectrum Noir Markers and Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils to color her up and bring her to life. I added some accents to her using a White Gelly Roll Pen and finished her off by adding Glossy Accents to her candy.  I think she looks just darling!

As she was set off to the side to dry, I started on my card base. My card is an A2 sized card and the base was made using 80lb Neenah White Solar cardstock. I cut a piece of ReCollections Gray cardstock 1/8" smaller than my card base and adhered it onto the base using my permanent Scotch Adhesive tape runner. I then cut another mat out of patterned paper from Stampin' Up! Stacked with Love Designer Series Paper Stack, 1/8" smaller than the Gray mat and adhered it using the same adhesive.

Next, I die cut a heart patterned piece of cardstock from the Teresa Collins - Save the Date Designer Series Parper Pad using the Stitched In Circles dies from Craftin Desert Divas and adhered that onto my card mats.  I added my sweet elephant to the center of my die cut using adhesive foam squares so that she would pop just a little bit.

My sentiment, "You're Sweet as Candy" is from the Sweet Shop Stamp Set from Craftin Desert Divas. I stamped the sentiment onto my card using Versamark Ink and heat embossed it using my heat gun and Stampendous! Stamp-n Stuff Embossing Powder in Detail Silver. I then added some twine from ReCollections to finish it off.

Below is a complete list of all the materials and supplies I used to create this card:

KaDoodle Bug Designs - DS Heart Chocolate Ellie

Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers - IG1, IG2, PP1, PP3, PP5, GB8, GB10, TN8, EB5

Fabulous February "Love is in the Air" Planner Spread

Happy Thursday everyone!! Can you feel that "Love is the Air"? LOL..... With February right around the corner, I needed to get started on my planner spreads as I am seriously running behind. Today's planner spread that I am sharing was created in my Classic Happy Planner. Let take a look........

Since Valentine's Day is coming up too, I wanted to create a Valentine's/Love theme in this planner. Yes.... there are hearts everywhere!!!

And look at those Skunks!! I couldn't resist coloring up those cuties from Craftin Desert Divas.

Here is another cute Kissing Skunk Couple. You know I had to have them in here as well.
I also created stickers using the Craftin Desert Divas Valentine Accessories Digital Stamp. I printed them out onto sticker paper and then colored then with my Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut them out. I also used the Heart of Hearts Dies to die cut out all of my small hearts and arrows. It really is the perfect die set for Valentines along with the Sending Love Stamp Set!!!

And of course, how can I created a planner spread without making some adorable shaker clips to use with it. I am all about shakers (I think I may actually be a little obsessed too at times, lol). These were made using the Craftin Desert Divas Mini Shaker Clip Dies.

Love, Love, Love these shaker clips. And I had to add some cute little bows to each too. I used the Shaker Tag Dies to create those perfect little bows.
