Winter Planner Spread.....

Hello crafty friends and Happy Friday!! Today's share is a weekly spread I created in my A5 ReCollections Planner for the Craftin Desert Divas January Moodboard Challenge. The moodboard for this month is so inspirational! I love the beautiful pinks, purples and blues and thought it would be super fun to use that beauty and inspiration in my planner.

And so here it is.......

I have been wanting to use the Winter Gnomeo and Winter Juliet Digital Stamps for a while now and thought they would be perfect for my winter scene that I wanted to create.

And of course, ow can you have a winter scene without some snowflakes and some snow??? I used the Sweater Weather Stamp Set along with the Winter Bliss Stamp Set for my snowflakes and used the Stitched Scallop Dies to create the snow that my adorable Gnomes are standing on. I also used the Plan It Out Stamp Set as well as the Say It Big Stamp Set to add to help create my daily schedules. My dates for the days of the week were created using the Botanicals Font in Cricut Design Space and cut out using my Cricut Explore.

Fabulous February "Love is in the Air" Planner Spread

Happy Thursday everyone!! Can you feel that "Love is the Air"? LOL..... With February right around the corner, I needed to get started on my planner spreads as I am seriously running behind. Today's planner spread that I am sharing was created in my Classic Happy Planner. Let take a look........

Since Valentine's Day is coming up too, I wanted to create a Valentine's/Love theme in this planner. Yes.... there are hearts everywhere!!!

And look at those Skunks!! I couldn't resist coloring up those cuties from Craftin Desert Divas.

Here is another cute Kissing Skunk Couple. You know I had to have them in here as well.
I also created stickers using the Craftin Desert Divas Valentine Accessories Digital Stamp. I printed them out onto sticker paper and then colored then with my Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut them out. I also used the Heart of Hearts Dies to die cut out all of my small hearts and arrows. It really is the perfect die set for Valentines along with the Sending Love Stamp Set!!!

And of course, how can I created a planner spread without making some adorable shaker clips to use with it. I am all about shakers (I think I may actually be a little obsessed too at times, lol). These were made using the Craftin Desert Divas Mini Shaker Clip Dies.

Love, Love, Love these shaker clips. And I had to add some cute little bows to each too. I used the Shaker Tag Dies to create those perfect little bows.

Valentine Snow Cuties

Hello there my sweet crafty friends!! Today I am up on the KaDoodle Bug Designs Blog sharing a super sweet 12 x 12 scrapbook layout I created with their Valentine Snow Cuties svg file. This file is so super cute and very easy to put together. I used it for a Valentine's Day layout, but it would look great and could be used for pretty much any theme or occasion just by changing the paper or cardstock that you use.

To start off, I uploaded the svg file to Cricut Design Space and cut all of the pieces out using my Cricut Explore. I then chalked and inked each piece, adhered them together and added some highlights using a White Gelly Roll pen to complete each one.  I chose my patterned paper for my layout and die cut two photo mat frames.  I love how it turned out and can't wait to take some cute pics and add them this layout.

A full list of supplies that I used for this layout are listed below:

KaDoodle Bug Designs Valentine Snow Cuties SVG File
Bazzill Cardstock
ReCollections Valentine's Day Paper Pad (Patterned Paper)
Tim Holtz Distress Inks: Aged Mahogany, Festive Berries, Spun Sugar, Tea Dye)

White Gelly Roll Pen

Valentine Dragon

Happy Monday my crafty friends! Today I am bringing you another Valentines Day card I created using the super cute Eggie Buddies Valentine Dragon from KaDoodle Bug Designs.  Is this not the cutest Dragon you have ever seen !?!?!

This card measures 5" x 5". My card base is ReCollections Card Stock. My adorable Valentine Dragon is made using Bazzill Card Stock and the patterned paper used is from the ReCollections Valentine's Day 6x6 Paper Pad.

I started off by uploading the Valentine Dragon SVG File into Cricut Design Space and used my Cricut Explore to cut out all of the pieces. Once everything was cut, I then inked and chalked all of my pieces using Tim Holtz Distress Inks and Pebbles Pearlescent Chalks. I adhered all the pieces together using Art Glitter Glue, added some highlights using a White Gelly Roll Pen and then added some Glossy Accents to his sunglasses to gain that reflective shiny look.

I stamped "I ❤ U" from the Craftin Desert Divas - Sending Love Stamp Set in the center heart using my Versamark Stamp Pad and heat embossed it using ReCollections Tinsel Embossing Powder. I used my Inside Scalloped Square Dies from Carftin Desert Divas to die cut my patterned paper to form my frame for this card.

A little something.....for you!

Happy Sunday my crafty friends! I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend! Today I am sharing another card I created using some of the new products that have just been released from Craftin Desert Divas.

To start off, I cut my Neenah Solar White cardstock down to form an A2 sized card base. I then added paper from Doodlebug Designs Sweet Shoppe paper pad for my mats. I used Cricut Design Space and my Cricut Explore to upload and cut out the Panda Holidays SVG file. I then stamped my adorable little pandas onto each cut out using StazOn Jet Black Ink and colored them using Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils.

I then used my Big Shot to die cut the Stitched Box and also my sentiment flag from the Flag Banner Dies set. I adhered my stitched box together using Art Glitter Glue and added some twine around the box and tied it in a small bow to hold a small tag.

Check out the dimension to this stitched box. I love that it is dimensional and can fit small goodies inside.  I arranged my adorable little pandas in the box and adhered them to the top inside layer of the stitched box as I knew I was going to add a little goody inside as well and I didn't want to cover up my pandas.

For my sentiment, I used stamps from the Short & Sweet Tags Stamp Set.  I used my Versamark Stamp Pad to stamp "A little something" on the flag banner and I stamped "for you" on a small deco tag that I had in my stash. Both were heat embossed using ReCollections Embossong Powder.

I used a few pop-up dots to adhere my sentiment banner for added dimension. And to finish the card off, I added a few enamel dots.

Here is a full list of all the materials used for this card:

Sending Sweetest Wishes

Hello & Happy Saturday! It's Jana from CHB Creations and I am super excited because today is my first official CDD Daily Post as a Craftin Desert Divas Designer. WooHoo!!!!  Have you checked out all the amazingly super cute new stamp sets and dies that have just been released? If not, then you need to head over to the January Release and take a look. Trust me...you will not be disappointed!!

I am in love with everything that has been released but the new Sweet Shop Stamp Set and Candy Jar die just may be my favorites. Check it out.....

I started off by stamping my candy images using Versamark ink on a piece of heat resistant acetate. I then added my white embossing powder and heat set it.  I wanted to add some cute patterned paper for that pop of color and also to give myself an area to write a greeting or note if I wanted to, so I chose some bright and fun paper from the Doodlebug Design Sugar Shoppe paper pad.

I die cut my Candy Jar and stamped some more candy pieces on the jar and colored them in using Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils.  I then adhered my candy filled die cut jar in the center of a pink rosette I made using cardstock.

I then die cut two different sized banners using the Flag Banner Dies. On the larger banner, I stamped "Sending" from the Wishful Thoughts Stamp Set. On the smaller banner, I stamped "Sweetest Wishes" from the Sweet Shop Stamp Set.  I then arranged and tucked both banners underneath my rosette and adhered them into place to complete my card.

Here is a list of the products I used:

You Make Me Smile.....

Happy Friday my crafty friends!!! I'm so happy that the weekend is finally here. Yay!!!! Today I am sharing a project that I created for the Social Media Challenge over at the Craftin Desert Divas Facebook Group.  I created a super cute note pad using inspiration from the below photo:
This note pad measures 4"W x 8.25"H. I am actually going to give it to my daughter as she is always looking for paper pads to write on and usually comes and takes all of mine, LOL!!! Now she has her own to use and it is refillable too!!!

And of course I LOVE Shakers of all kinds, so I had to add one on to this as well. I am really happy with how it turned out!!

And here is the inside of the notepad.  I also added a small pocket on the left to hold any type of loose papers, cards, receipts, etc.

The products that I have used are as follows:

Craftin Desert Divas - Hello You Stamp Set

Craftin Desert Divas - Stitched in Circle Dies

Craftin Desert Divas Sequins - Fuscia Hearts
& Sprinkled Sugar Sequins

ReCollections Signature E-Special Glitter Paper Pad
Prismacolor Colored Pencils
Art Glitter Glue
Acetate

I hope you will stop by The Craftin Desert Divas Facebook Group and play along with us this month. There is always a ton of inspiration and great prizes!!

Winter Cheer Planner Spread

Hello there and Happy Monday!!! So this past weekend we had our first big snow storm of the season. I think we got 8"+ dropped on us and if you know me, you know that I hate snow!! But.... I am alright with it as it gave me an entire weekend to stay inside and play in my craft room. YAY!!!!

This is my ReCollections A5 planner which I use to stay organized and keep track of projects for the Design Teams that I am on as well as plan my own crafts and projects. I have been wanting to create a spread using the adorable "Winter Cheer" stamp set from Craftin Desert Divas and I thought it would be perfect for January.

Look at how adorable these stamps are!!!

They just scream cuteness!!!  I uploaded the SVG cutting file for these and cut it out using my Cricut Explore. I then stamped my images onto the outlines using Memento - Tuxedo Black ink.

I colored each image using Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils.

Another favorite stamp set I can't seem to get enough of is the Elegant Brush Script . I used this set to stamp my Month Title onto a Flag Banner Die using Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Peacock Feathers.

For my To Do list, I used the Doodled Frames stamp set and again inked it up using the Tim Holtz - Peacock Feathers Distress Ink and stamped my frames along the right side. I used the cute mittens in the Winter Cheer stamp set as my To Do title. I stamped "To Do" from the Plan It Out Stamp Set.

I have a lot more to fill out on this spread, but wanted to share the making of it with you all.
Below is a complete list of all the materials I used:

Thank you for stopping by to visit today. I will see you again very soon with another creation. Have a fantastic day!
