For this card creation, I used 110lb. ReCollections Cardstock for my card base. I used some plaid cardstock I had in my stash for the card mat. My Coffee & Sunshine Bear was made using Bazzill Cardstock and cut out using my Cricut Explore Air 2. I inked the edges of my paper piecing using Tim Holtz Distress Inks (Scattered Straw, Vintage Photo, Brushed Corduroy, Festive Berries, Tea Dye). To add some accents to my paper piecing, I used Stickles (Tropical Tangerine, Ice Glaze) as well as Glossy Accents and a white gel pen. I used my Sizzix Framelits Dies to cut my sentiment tag and stamped my sentiment using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. The sentiment is from the Coffee Break Stamp Set by Craftin Desert Divas. To dress up my sentiment tag, I added a small amount of Tropical Tangerine Stickles to the border of the die cut and added a few small drops of Nuvo Crystal Drops (Buttermilk). To finish off my card. I added some more Nuvo Crystal Drops (Buttermilk, Carnation Pink and Sugared Almond) in the corners of my card mat.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed my coffee card creation for today.

Have a Fabulously Crafty Day & a Fantastic Weekend!!!

Scrapper's Delights New June Release

Hello everybody and Happy Friday! Today is Scrapper's Delights New June Release and I am stopping in to share what I have created using their new A5 My Fitness Planner.

I started off by creating a monthly divider and adding the Fitness Honey - Stretch Digital Stamp along with the Gym Time! sentiment.

I wanted to keep these pages rather simple, so I left a lot of white space and added some washi tape from my stash along the top and bottom of the page to add a little something. I colored the "Fitness Honey" using Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils.

For my weekly spread, again, I kept it simple and added washi tape to the top and bottom of these pages. I used the "Boxed Weekly Plan" from the Fitness Planner Kit to create my weekly spread. All of Scrapper's Delights planner kits are amazing in that they allow you to create exactly what you want as a planner. I chose this layout because I like that the bottom boxes are broken down each day by Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack and Dinner (B,S,L,S,D). It makes it so much easier to record what you consume and also helps in daily meal planning.

The top boxes are large enough that I was able to break down the week using different icon stickers to help me determine and remind me of the different activities that need to be performed. For instance, the scale on Monday, reminds me that I need to weigh in. The sneakers make me realize that I need to get my walking in for that day. And the heart shows the days that I need to fit in a cardio workout. And don't forget that water intake!! LOL! I added water droplets to each day so that I can record my water intake and make sure to stay on track.

The Printable Fitness Planner comes with several options for you to create a Front/Back Cover, Belongs to Page, Yearly Overview, Month Dividers, Yearly Measurements, Monthly Weigh In page, Weekly Hydration Page, Step Tracker, Calories Tracker, Goals and Progress Page, Monthly Tabs, Monthly Planner, Weekly Planner, Exclusive Digi Stamp Set and Stickers.

Thank you for stopping by to check out my Fitness Planner spread. Have a Fabulously Crafty Day!!!

Aloha My Friend...

Good evening crafty friends!!! Stopping in this evening to share a sweet summer card I created using the "Aloha Pineapple" file from KaDoodle Bug Designs.

I have been wanting to play with this file for a while now and finally got some free time to do so. KaDoodle Bug Designs has so many new summer themed files available and I am so excited to begin all of my summer themed projects.

For this card, I started off with uploading the svg file to my Cricut Design Space, re-sized my image and cut out all of my pieces. I then inked each piece using Tim Holtz Distress Inks. I used Art Glitter Glue to adhere them together and then added some highlights using a white gel pen. To finish off my happy little pineapple, I added some stickles (cause who doesn't like a bit of glitter here and there?!?!), to areas of the leaves, the center of the flower and on some of the skirt leaves. I also added glossy accents to the sunglasses (although it is difficult to capture in this pic, sorry!!)

As I set the pineapple off to the side to dry for a bit, I began to work on my card base. I cut the base of my card to measure 4.25 x 5.5 out of 110lb. Neenah Solar White Cardstock. I then used a piece of Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Cardstock and ink-blended my Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks using my blending tool. These inks are absolutely amazing and beautiful to work with. Once the panel was dry, I ran it through my Big Shot using my Fancy Frames die from Craftin Desert Divas.  I set my panel in my Misti and using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, inked up my stamp sentiment "Aloha my friend" from the Jaded Blossom "Be a Pineapple Stamp Set". I adhered the panel onto my card base, adhered my pineapple paper piecing and to finish it off, added three small drops of Nuvo Crystal Drops.

I absolutely love how this card turned out and can't wait to send it off to a special friend.

It's a MOO-velous Week!

Hello there everybody! Stopping by today to share a planner spread I created in my mini Happy Planner. Last week was very busy with all the end of year events and happenings taking place at my children's schools and it was my daughter's 13th birthday as well.  She LOVES and has a fascination with cows, so I decided to decorate my weekly spread in honor of her for her birthday.

Craftin Desert Divas has the perfect digital cow images for this very occasion too. I used the "Birthday Cow" digital stamp as well as the "Over the Moon" digital stamp for my layout. I colored my images using Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils. I also used the "Plan It Out" stamp set along with the "Sweater Weather" stamp set to create my daily bullets and important reminders/errands that I needed to attend to.

Below is a list of the supplies and products used to create this spread:

ReCollections Washi Tape
StazOn Ink - Azul
Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils

Thank you all for visiting and as always,
Have a Fabulously Crafty Day!!!

Scrapper's Delights - June Inspiration Planner Event

Hello everybody!! Today is the June Planner Inspiration Event over at Scrapper's Delights. For my project, I have created a weekly planner spread using the fabulous A5 My Basic Planner along with some amazing digital images.

I used the "Genie 4" digital stamp together with the "Genie Sentiments 3" to decorate my planner pages. These images are simply amazing!!! I colored my images using Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils.

For the dates on my layout, I used the star image from the "Genie Sentiments 3" file and resized it to fit nicely on the top. I used some numbered stickers from ReCollections to add in my dates.

I love the design of the "Make a Wish" sentiment and wanted it to look as if it were coming out of my Genie's lamp.  Although I really wanted my beautiful Genie's to stand out, I wanted to add a touch more color to my spread. I added some gold glitter washi tape around the edges of my pages. I then used my Prismacolor Pencils on the stars and a few of the boxes.

I hope that you enjoyed my inspiration project for today!! Below is a complete list of the products and supplies used to create this planner spread:

ReCollections Glittered Stickers
ReCollections Glitter Gold Washi Tape
