You Color My World

Hello everybody! Today I am sharing a project I created for the May Social Media Mood Board Challenge over at Craftin Desert Divas. This Month's Mood Board is full of bright bold colors and inspiration. And there is still a few days left to get your projects uploaded for a chance to win some fabulous prizes.

For my project I was inspired by the colors on the Mood Board, and so I decided I was going to create a Monthly Divider for my Mini Happy Planner.

I started off by die cutting my rainbow and clouds using the Rainbow Die from Craftin Desert Divas. I used ReCollections Card stock to cut my rainbow colors and I used vellum for my clouds.  I used one of the cute little gnomes from the newly released Weather Gnomes Stamp Set. I colored her up with my Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils and sat her on top of my rainbow. I stamped the sentiment, "You color my world" (also from the Weather Gnomes Stamp Set) on the bottom cloud. Of course I had to add some sparkle to my project, so I used Craftin Desert Divas Shimmer Sequins along with some Stickles, which as you can see, were added to my clouds.

Below is a list of the products and supplies used to create this project:

Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
ReCollections Cardstock
White Vellum Paper
Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils
White Gel Pen
Stickles

Scrapper's Delights New May Release Event

Hello everyone & Happy Friday!! It is time for a New Release over at Scrapper's Delights and I am here today to share with you the newly released Printable Horizontal A5 Planner Insert.

This kit is amazing and offers so many different options to choose from in creating a planner spread perfect for your own needs.

For my planner spread, I kept it rather simple.

I started by adding some washi tape at the top and bottom borders of each page.  I then used my Fiskars Script Font Clear Stamp Set along with my ReCollections Color Splash Ombre Ink Pad to stamp the days of the week onto my spread.

I also used a small flower stamp and stamped it onto some of the days as my "bullets", so that I will be able to write down some important reminders to keep track of during the week.

My absolute favorite part of this spread (and most fun to color) though is this gorgeous digital stamp, entitled, "Fairy Glades V2". Is this digital scene not the best?!?! I absolutely adore this fairy standing atop of her mushrooms. I colored this digi and the flowers throughout the spread using Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils. I also used Faber-Castell pastels (light blue) and blended it around my digi image and around my flowers in hopes that it would help make my images "pop" a bit more.

Overall, I am very satisfied with how this planner spread turned out and I can't wait to create some more spreads to share with you all.

Below is a list of supplies and products that I used to create this layout:

Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils

Faber-Castell Soft Pastels

ReCollections Color Splash Ombre Ink Pad

ReCollections Washi Tape

Fiskars Script Font Clear Stamp Set

Ladybug Love Planner Spread

Hello everyone & Happy Friday!!!! I am back again today to share another weekly planner spread that I created using the adorable new "Ladybug Garden" stamp set from Craftin Desert Divas. These stamps are now available in the shop for purchase.

This layout was created in my ReCollections Planner and I love how bright and cheery it turned out. I started by adding some fun and colorful washi tape to my pages. I then stamped my dates onto the pages using my clear basic font stamp set from Fiskars and my ReCollections Color Splash Ombre Ink Pads.

My adorable ladybug bears were all stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils (currently, my absolute favorite coloring medium).

I used a white gel pen to add some small highlights to each image and also added some Nuvo Crystal Drops to the dots on the wings of my little ladies to give some added interest. I used the small flower stamp from the set to create bullets on a few days during the week when I know I will have important things to do.

Below is a list of the supplies and products I used to create this planner spread:

Ladybug Garden Stamp Set
Ladybug Garden SVG Stamp Outline
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils
Nuveo Crystal Drops - Simply White
ReCollections Washi Tape

Weather Gnomes Planner Spread and Clips

Hello everyone! Today I am stopping in to share another planner spread which I have created in my Mini HP along with some super cute clips using the new "Weather Gnomes" stamp set from Craftin Desert Divas. This set will be available this afternoon in the Craftin Desert Divas shop by 3PM EST.

These "Weather Gnomes" are just too cute!!!

All of my images were stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils.

I have two of my weather gnomes sitting on some clouds, which were die cut using the Craftin Desert Divas "Rainbow Die". Of course I had to add some sparkle to my pages, so I used Stickles on each of the clouds.

For my planner clips, I used some of the smaller stamps and sentiments from the "Weather Gnomes" set. I used the rectangular die from the "Plan It" die set along with the sun from the "Scene Builders" dies. Again, all of the images are colored using Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils. And to add some sparkle, I used some sequins from both the "Citrus Bliss" and "Sweet Sixteen" sequin mixes from Craftin Desert Divas. I also added some small black rhinestones to one of the clips as well.

Below is a complete list of the supplies and products used to create the planner spread and clips:

Memento Tuxedo Black Ink

Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils

Ladybug Garden Weekly Spread

Hello everyone!! Today I am stopping in to share a weekly planner spread that I created in my classic HP using some new and super cute stamps entitled, "Ladybug Garden" from Craftin Desert Divas. These stamps are part of their new May Release and will be available for purchase on Thursday, May 25th at 3PM EST.

I adore ladybugs and so I just knew that I had to have this stamp set and add it to my collection. Just look at how super sweet these images are!!

All images were stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored using my Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils. Some images have Stickles added to them, cause who doesn't like a little bit of sparkle!?!?!

I used one of the small flower stamps included in the set throughout my layout as my bullet points for the week. I adore the sweet sentiments that are also included in this stamp set, and so I used my favorite, "Plant smiles, grow laughs, harvest love" throughout the Weekend area of my spread.

I am happy with the outcome and look of this spread. It just screams Summer to me and I am so ready for Summer to begin!!

Anytime is Coffee Time...

Hello everyone!! Who doesn't love a good cup of coffee? I am a coffee fanatic and so, with a fresh, hot cup in hand, I have created a coffee spread in my HP mini to share with you all today.

Craftin Desert Divas has some amazing coffee themed stamp sets that are perfect for the look I wanted and are also a lot of fun to use too. I used the "Got Coffee" stamp set and the "Coffee Break" stamp set for this planner spread.

I absolutely love the coffee stain stamp that is included in the "Got Coffee" stamp set. I stamped it all over the pages using Color Box Chalk Ink in Chestnut Roan. For the daily bullets I directly stamped the coffee bean from the "Coffee Break" stamp set onto my pages using Color Box Chalk Ink in Expresso.

I colored all of my images using Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils.

And of course, what would a planner be without some adorable coffee themed clips.  The white and teal coffee cup planner clip from Craftin Desert Divas is probably one of my favorites that they have available in their shop (although I do really love them all and need to collect the other colors too, lol). The heart with coffee cup clip was made using the coffee cup die which is included in the Inside Scalloped Square Die set and the heart die from the Mini Shaker Clip Die set. I used the Cream and Sugar 6x6 paper pad to create this clip as it matched perfectly with my theme and overall look I was going for.

Below is a complete list of products I used to create this planner spread:

Color Box Chalk Ink - Chestnut Roan
Color Box Chalk Ink - Expresso
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils

Reach for the Stars, even if you have to stand on a Cactus...

Happy Monday my crafty friends! Today I am stopping in to share a planner spread I created in my ReCollections Planner inspired by the Craftin Desert Divas May Social Media Mood Board Challenge. #CDDMonthly

As you can see this Mood Board is filled with such bright colors and loads of inspiration. There is plenty of time for you to upload your projects for the challenge and enter to win some fabulous prizes.

I went with a Cactus themed planner spread for my DT project. I used the "Prickly" stamp set along with the "Prickly" SVG stamp outlines, to create and add my wonderful inspiring cacti.

I added some "Cute Cactus" washi tape to the top of my pages, which adds lots of fun color and of course, matches my theme perfectly.  I colored all of my cacti with Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils (my absolute favorite coloring medium at the moment). The cute cactus clip was created using the "Cactus Die" from Craftin Desert Divas.

I also added two sentiments from the "This & That" stamp set which again went perfectly with my cactus theme.

Below is a list of the products I used to create this spread:

ReCollections A5 Planner

Memento Tuxedo Black Ink

Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils

ReCollections Glitter Stickers

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed today's project.
